deep fried bacon sounds tasty, its the dip in the pic that grosses me out, but id try it. Sri racha probably the best hot sauce ever. The name is from where its made, but everyone calls it cock sauce in thailand and china from what im told... atleast thats what my asian friends call it
Yeah, I wouldn't use the dip, I just want to mow down on the deep fried bacon. Hmm...I'll have to look for this sauce next time I'm at the grocers.
yeah it should be easy to find, like 5yrs ago it was tough but its become popular and you should be able to get it at a place like safeway or co-op etc etc i live in mini asia so asian foods are everywhere here. Every grocer carries a plethora of asian ingredients
I use Sri Racha on pretty much everything. I call it the "blue jeans" of food. It's by far my favorite hot sauce. And I like my bacon like Hitler likes his Jews. Extra crispy.
