I got skinny legs..but big thighs

    I used to be obese (320 pounds) now i am 200 pounds which is freakin sweet i tell you what. The problem is tho my thighs are still like the same size and my legs are skinny as hell so do ya'll know how to lose weight in thighs or gain weight in legs? my legs are skinny for a man so i need to beefen those up a lil bit...............thanks

    Just keep working out and everything'll eventually start evening out. You just have to get leaner.

    i have skinny legs too, i just keep doing my squats and dead lifts and hope to overcome my bitch genetics someday

    squats dont really do shit for the bottom part of your legs bro.

    ^^yes they do there are plenty of variations of squats.

    im sure they do, but its mainly for the upper legs.
