Thats where I want to be in a couple years, maybe around 21 years old.
What I do is strength shit every other month.
6 reps for 5 sets.
I go up by 5 pounds each week. And I was stuck at 275 before but I stopped lifting for a week than I got energy back and shit.. and started rolling forward again.
i'm going on 23 in july so i have that whole older strength thing too. i gained a whole lot of strength in 2005. i hope to be back to how i was by july. how long till you are 21?
Almost exactly 3 years.
I don't know my maxes but I worry about good form much more than weight, it yields better results.
But I think when I actually get a decent diet and get 8 hours of sleep everyday ill start making good gains then if I hit a peak I'll start using supplements like creatine ester to get my through.
I have potential but I'm not where I want to be right now.
I didn't lift today cuz I had a cold.
I'll lift on Friday. I'm going for 315.
dudes on my football team be puttin up 500+
one of them is 16 years old
Get the fuck out of here.
Fucking lying ass bitch.
^^^how come i quoted you and it says i love purple cock?
a 16 year old benching 500 pounds plus? that sounds so unbelievable. has he been lifting since he was 10?
My other name got herbed, lol. This is another account, but same name. I just changed the avatar and location so it looks the same.
And I heard of a 16 year old benching 500, but he was a powerlifter and it wasn't RAW (with a benching shirt). He benched 350 raw, so the benching shirt increased his raw bench by 150 lbs. But that feat is so RARE so Im almost positive that kid was yapping bullshit.
BTW even if you started working out at 10 years old you wouldnt make any noticable gains until you hit puberty, right around 13. You won't build any muscle without testosterone.
