I used to eat power bars and shit.
But those shits made me agressive for some reason.
I wanted to kill everyone with guns and shit.
So I stopped taken 'em.
Now all I do is eat alot of protein.
Fried Chicken, Hamburgers, Peanut Butter shit like that.
Protein bars made you want to kill?? [funny] I get pissed off sometimes too when I bite into cardboard tasting bars, but not that angry.

what were you lifting regularily prior to this achievement? you hit any plateau's?
back in october i was stuck in a plateau of not being able to lift more than 190 kgs. but then i got it up to 200 kgs after i began developing my triceps and deltoids more. 200 kgs is about 420 lbls. but then i broke some fingers and had a cast on up to my elbow so i couldn't lift for 2 months. they wouldn't let me in the gym for insurance reasons. so thats has made my bench game suffer tremendously. i've a broken leg now but they'll let me lift with a spotter. i'm only bencing 180 kgs now, which sucks cause i managed to get up to 210. got a lot of catching up to do.
you're talking about kilogramms bro ..haha thats some serious weight..200 kgs=440 lbs
yeah thats what they use down my gym. very few gyms use pounds over here. 200 kgs is heavier in lbs than i thought. i just bookmarked a conversion site. that'll come in handy for in here cause i dont know the formula for conversion.
man.. i don't even set goals that high except squat numbers.
I have no spotter though, so I don't really get much opportunity to get my maxes..
INK you'll get back to benching 400+ in no time thanks to something called muscle memory.
i was at the gym today working my chest and i really struggled with the last 2 reps on each set bench pressing 180 kgs (396 lbs). today was only my third time back in the gym since november. i lifted some free weights at home while they wouldn't let me in the gym just to keep muscle stimulation up. i can't shower in the gym after working out due to the cast so i've go go home in sweaty clothes. it sucks.

19 inch biceps and 14 inch forearms
damn, your forearms bigger than my biceps by one inch ...................you must be massive ..
they were past measurements back in october. i'm now just touching 18 inches on my bicep and 12 and a half on the forearm. i wasn't able to work out much over the christmas due to a cast
