I destroyed the Lat. Pulldown today...

    155 lbs.


    6 times for 3 sets

    and 60 seconds between each set

    than I went down right after the 3rd set to about 87.5 (took off the 5 lb. dumbell) and did that to failure

    Than waited about 2 minutes and did 125 'till failure

    how much ya'll do on this bitch?

    135ish for 3 sets of 10-12ish (i adjust weight and reps as needed based on how i'm feeling a particular day)

    It's going to be harder for some people depending on the machine.

    On the machine that I used I did 145 x's 10, that was in March. I'm on my endurance tip now so I can't do as much.

    our latdown machine jumps up big....

    but im at 165 if i can remember right....


    i do alot of pullups.... so my upper back is strong....

    but it also depends on what im using....


    if i use full wide grip.... im at like 135...


    if i used two hands over the bar....like a close grip bench press.... then im at 155...


    underhand grip is 165

    I grip the widest.

    the taller you are, the wider you grip

    if you're above 6 feet (like me), you should grip the widest..and thats actually harder because you stretch your muscles more imo..because i tried to cheat on the lat machine before using tighter grips and it was easier , but some experianced dude told me that i should use the wide grip because im tall

    i usually do 110 lbs 10 reps 3-4 setts but im just getting started

    wide grip is the hardest to do... especially pull ups.... i can do like 3....


    wide grip is probably the best to use..... because of the stretch...it just makes you work harder...and makes you....wider...

    I do 5 sets x 10 starting at 100, 120, 140, 150, 170lbs.

    Then I do 3 sets reversed x 10 starting at 100, 110, 120lbs.

    All of which with the widest possible grip.

    I'm going to do failure for 3 sets now.

    All my shit for a month.

    To try and cut up yo.

    For fuckin sure.

    My strength will decrease but it's all good.

    man, I want to start cuttin bad right now.... it's warmer outside and I wanna get in basketball mode....but I want to get to 180 at least... cause i know i'm gonna automatically lose weight....


    im tryin to hold out for another week or two...


    cardio is wack though, i cut with mostly basketball as my cardio....
