Military Press 185 lbs. 5 fuckin reps today.

And than I fucked around with the dumbells....
15 lbs. for 15 reps (each arm) putting my arm 90 degrees with my body... ya'll know what I'm talkin about...
than I upped to 20 lbs. did 12 reps
than 25 lbs. and did it 12 or 13... failure
than 30 lbs. and di that shit about 8-9 times... failure
than I grabbed the 20lbs. right after and did that shit to failure
this shoulder day was one of the best in a long ass fuckin time
than i fucked \around with the curl bar and did 75 lbs. on the preacher curl 8times for 2nd to last set and 7 times for last set
i warmed up for 45 lbs... upped that shit to 55 than upped to 65 than upped to 75 for last 2 sets
dont feel like sayin sets for other shit though
today's day was one of my best liftings ever
monday i actually had my chest sore and triceps, they still sore
this week i'm killin it
*prepares for back and chest day friday by eating a lot of protein*

the weights on the dumbbells look good man.
curls look good to hell. i think i topped out at 55 on the dumbbells and 110 on the straight bar curls. that was a while back though. haven't tried lifting like that in a grip. especially while i was doing that home delivery shit. was exhausting myself at work hell.

Your work out split seems counterproductive. Chest & Triceps on the same day? NO.
Why would you overload your tris like that? You're not getting a good enough isolation on tris..you should switch that up...Do Biceps & triceps together...
That's like working out back & biceps the same day...too much on the bi's...unless you're taking steroids.
Alot of people do chest and triceps on the same day.
It's not counteproductive, just make sure you do bench pressing first, then focus on DB presses, flies, skullcrushers etc. after.
LOL @ you sayin Biceps and Back is bad.
Only dumbasses use they biceps on back exercises, like the ones who have they back straightthe whole time instead of going forward and back in 1 motion.
Actually back exercises involve the biceps.
That why people do it on the same day. This dude thoughtz has the wrong idea.
