*wipes away eye booger* just woke up...... 2:30 pm, I had class at 9 am, and 1pm today, hahah.. shit. I'm up all night lately-- it isnt good. hows your pattern?
My pattern is off. I usually wake up around 7:15p.m. and go to bed around 11:00p.m. I've been going to sleep earlier because I had to wake up extra early for a few days in a row. So now I'm tired by 9 and in bed by 10....wakin' up around 5:30a.m.
sleep at 5am, wakeup at 2:30 PM; sell/smoke pot until midnight, rape rapmusic until 3 AM, random things for two hours sometimes ill be out till like two and so on but yeah if u can wake up, i can sell a sack w00t
I work over night... so usually I have to sleep during the day. I try to work out 4-8 hours before I got work at 10.... on regular days I'm basically up until 1-3am, and then just sleep until usually around 8/9am. now I do tend to stay up all night somtimes until like 6-8am or so, in which case I sleep until around 1/2pm.
Go to bed at 10, listen to music until 10:30... toss and turn until 12-1..or later, wake up a few random times, and then get up at 6:30..
about a yr ago i use to have a random schedule lol, all fucked up and shit.... but for the past 6 months ive been going to sleep before midnight... weekends 4am the latest
i usually go to sleep around 11pm now..i sleep straight through until 5am that's when my alarm goes off, turn it off real quick and go back to sleep until i jump up around 6:30 am..
it's been so fucked up lately, I cant fall asleep till like 6am, then my wake up time is always different depending on work and plans.
weekdays it's 12-1am and then wake 7-9am depending on which day i have to bring my boy to school. Weekends it's 3-4am wake around 9-10am if I'm lucky.
