cold turkey. don't make the "day count from day one" be your motivation, as if you crack it'll be too hard on you. Do a day count between each time you crack, and make it longer for each time. As in if you crack after 1 day. make it at least 2 days untill the next time, and so on and so on.

    Im happy I quit cigs

1 of the best decisions of my life

    cold turkey hard...

Easier to gradually stop, jus smoke less n less till you eventually have no need/desire to

some will never completely quit that way tho

    so whatever works for you

well considering that ciggs are tailored to get you addicted and keep you addicted i can understand why they are hard to quit

ive quit 3 times and then started again. My longest quit was for 1 yr or so. The only reason i got hooked again was that buzz you get when youre a beginner smoker.... I like it a lot. Its almost better than being high on weed lol. So anyways i was quit a year and missed that buzz, so i asked a friend for a puff, Got the buzz, enjoyed it, kept asking. Eventually bought my own again, and here i am smoking professionally.
