    Old consoles' gameplay was so simple. It may have been more fun at the time, but trust me. If a fucking 360 game came out tomorrow and played exactly like contra, we'd all bitch about it.

    Well, I consider a Playstation an old console. Gameplay really hasnt evolved much since then (non counting the wii-mote). I agree, any good next generation title is gonna be funner than some shit like Ms Pac Man, or Frogger. That shit just gets boring. But when compared to some of the predecessors on the original Playstation and Nintendo 64...I dont agree.

    I think Mario 64 was way better than the gayness that was Mario Sunshine for example.
