I try to go 4-5 days a week
Ill be there for about 2 hours

Weight lifting -
4 days a week, about 40 minutes per session.
As of today actually...30 minutes of intense, fast paced lifting...45 minutes of cardio
The 2nd stage of my cut has just started so the cardio is what im focusing on...but I've desinged my routine to enable me to not lose strength...but actually increase it while trimming fat
I go 4 days a week...Mon-Thurs.
I do about 1hr 30min of cardio
Then like 30min of lifting
6 days a week with the day off being agility training.
4 days..depends on what im working on..chest day is always the longest but usually 1-2 hours
5-6 days a week depending on body part im doing but atleased 1 and half to 2 hours a day.
3 days a week. Mon, Wed, Fri, go for about an hour to an hour and a half. Takes only about 30 minutes to do the 6 different exercises I do a day but I socialize a lot before and after workouts.
7 days a week.
never a day without a workout.
when im at bjj is when i get the most intense workout and thats about 2 1/2 hours.
on lifting days it depends on what phase of my workout plan im on (theres 4 phases i do, like 4 seperate routines) and the shorter ones take about 40 minutes , the longer ones a little over an hour.
I lift every other day usually for 60 to 90 mins. Sometimes a little less, like 45 mins. but never more. On lifting days I usually do some high intensity cardio like jumping rope, sprinting intervals or go to the local HS and run the stairs for about 20. On non lifting days, I go for a 30-45 minute run in the morning and do the high intensity stuff in the evening. I always have one "off" day after every 4 workouts because I have my split set up as chest/triceps/shoulders, back/biceps, legs and core(in a better order). On the "off" day, I usually go to the forest preserve and walk the trail for an hour or so or maybe play some basketball.
3 days a week of intense cardio and toning (45 minutes)
3 days a week African Dance(1 hr)
3-4 days a week...bout 2hrs
Don't actually go to a gym, have all I need in my home...
Every other day about 15 min cardio (usually walking around the block or stairs or something) to warm up and 1 hour +/- weights.
Every other other day cardio...I really don't time it 'cause alot of it is trail walking. When I'm done, I'm done. If its raining or I can't hit the trail I do a cardio tape that is equal to 2 to 4 miles (depending on how motivated I am) which usually lasts 30 to 45 minutes.
In the summer I add swimming to the mix.
Right now Im working out with one day rest between workout days. Im just doing chest workouts, and working out legs at in the mornings once a week. Im getting pretty big (not fat, or disgusting), I would really like to bench press you.

I work out everrrrrrrrrrrry day except sunday. I do a combo of cardio and strength training, usually takes me a good three to four hrs, depending on how much time i've got.
well let's see... i went one last semester, once so far this semester... and all i've done is shoot hopes for an hour or 2 lol... i really need to start doin more tho cuz all this fast food on campus will catch up to me sooner or later
