I curl about 150 (75 with each arm) I workout with 45,50, 55, and 60 pound dumbells usually though.
yes 120 to 150 pounds each arm...ridiculous
btw 95 lbs each army is very very very very strong...hence ive never seen a guy, no matter how big, curling above 70 lbs so far

I've got some 20kg dumbells recently thinking I'd be able to do that shit.
I can manage about 10 on my right and Im dead. I pulled my left bicep so Iono. I'd be supprised if I could manage more than 3.
I use 10kg for reps.

10KG = 22LBS
20KG = 44LBS
yeah when i started working my arm i started with 7.5 kg lol
i still use 10kg soemtimes for many reps tho ( when i cant find the 12.5 or 15 kg dumbbells lol )
i rep 15 kg for 6-8 times usually and 4 -5 setts
i see buff fucks in gym rep 20kgs ..i wanna get there and beyond
What's sad, is I'm bigger than Tank, and he's outdoing me.
As far as 70lbs being alot, in a way it can be, because you'd have to be using some real supplements to get the most of that kind of weight, but I don't lift that for size, I do it for strength.
