how much can you CURL?

    tank abbot was shown on video curling 120 lbs for reps..120 lbs on each hand LMAO

    and he did 315 lbs upright lifting the traps

    i curl 30 lbs for 15 reps 3-4 setts...currently

    Not much.. I usually rep with 25-35 lbs. Curling is boring to me... kind of like lunges because you have to do 15 reps for each leg/arm so in reality its really 30 reps. I hate that shit. Anything over 8 reps for those kinds of exercises bores the fuck out of me.

    I don't even curl that much, I'm focusing primarily on compound lifts and I never saw the attraction of huge biceps anyway. But I can do about 30-35 pounds.

    40 lb. dumbells today 8 times perfect form.

    8 with each arm mind you.

    My biceps are weak.

    guys usually get big biceps to attract the ladies.

    I rarely do curls too I can barely do the 30-35 pounds for reps as well...for fighting I stick to bench, squat, push ups and pull ups compounds.

    I get a good bicep workout from doing back like chins and pull ups.

    but now im getting in to biceps with preacher curls and such.

    I don't really curl much...i let the compound lifts work my arms...dont really work them directly anymore, but before i was doing 8 reps at 45lbs..

    i curl 45's on cross body hammers and usually upright hammers.

    40 on regular curls and concentrations

    i curl 20 kilo db's. thats roughly 46 lbs i think. no need to have huge weight when curling. its all about perfect form. if you are struggling to lift the weight, then you are curling with your ego and not muscle.

    my arm workout is

    db curls 5 x 5
    seated hammer curls 5 x 5
    one armed db preacher curls 5 x 5

    the tricep game is where its at as that makes up much more of the upper arm than the bicep and i think they look doper

    95lbs each arm, or 200lbs on a straight bar 5 times.
    I'd LOVE to hit 100lbs each arm, but I've hit a plateu.

    Tank can really hit 110lbs each arm?
