I've been eating more since I've started lifting again than I ever have before, I think I'll actually put on a decent amount of mass this time.

go watch any bodybuilder go shopping, in fact just pick up a book and read.

low fat cheese, cottage cheese, milk, egg whites, low fat yogurt this is high protein, low fat items that ANY bodybuilder will tell you to eat.

it costs me around 60-80 euro's a week to maintain my diet. i go through some amount of steak, chicken, fish, eggs, milk, potatoes, fruit, veg and then supplements whenever they run out. not to mention the yearly gym fee of 700. which i have had on ice for a while cause i broke some fingers and now i've a broken leg. but i got word today that they'll let me work out with the broken leg if i've a spotter

You could do light weights and not gain that much. How far do you run?

thursdays im doing legs curls squats and leg extensions

hopefully im not overtraining anything. gaining weight for me is also a problem because i seem to have a high metabolism im looking into this --->http://www.gnc.com/product/index.js...y=0&searchId=5532297921&x=0&parentPage=search.

I might just take that along with Cell Tech and Nitro Tech but I worry I might be taking to much protein?
