we have to do that for tabatas. i don't think it's impossible at all.
i'd say 20-25 with perfect form.. the guy on the video doesnt have good form and is barely jumping.. I could do a helluva lot more doing it the way he does.

When you jump you should look up to the ceiling and go as high as you can like you're testing your vertical leap.

i used to do them and hurdle over a string on my way up, so i wouldn't cheat on the last jumping part
but that was for time and never counted reps
ill have to start doing them again
