What drugs are we talking about?
Crack and meth, Alice.
Crack n meth. U ever had some crackin meth? @AliceHouse
I almost smoked meth once. But then I went back to bed. So... second hand.
Amphetamines aren't the worst, actually. It's not unheard of to break out through sheer willpower, but it's hard. Triggers is the keyword, and previously mentioned by Lucy. The difficulty, however, is that once you get into those drugs, it really does become a lifestyle. So in order to remove those triggers from your life, you really do have to change your life. Obviously, the most extreme but effective method is prison. However, prison is only functional should you either remain in prison, or head in a different direction when you get out the gates.
Ultimately, one needs to see an addiction specialist. On top of that, some sort of NA group meeting. The former being more important, but the latter being important as well. But the most important thing... is to just take it one day at a time. Every time a trigger occurs, you find a distraction.
I imagine Helena Bonham Carter in Fight Club for Alice.
