Lift what you can for the amount of reps you can....be sore as fuck for 3 days....once you're healed your body will naturally be able to lift a bit more the next time. So increase it.....repeat, repeat, repeat...
only way to get bigger and stronger is to increase what you do each week. Start small if you have to.
