i can respect that..sky is the limit wasnt thug,,big poppa,, etc..i mean u have to go by potential with him cause lets be honest..he did only have 2 albums. jay has had more then i can count on almost 2 hands....

jayz is great then sometimes hes horrible..i just cant call him goat when he has dropped 2 classics and some ok albums and some HORRIBLE shit.

at least i enjoy at least half of nas's ok albums..cant say the same for jay

6th, I couldnt disagree with you more, you're like the exact opposite of me...Nas' shit is on some nerdy corny shit to me....Pac was just, didnt like him

Hov's shit does put me there, I can visualize the shit I can relate to it, I do feel it

and I only can only name like 4 Nas songs that i have EVER liked...cant say that for Hov...since I've liked 80 percent of his songs

shit..i cant believe you fools actually on jiggas jock this hard...hes NOT THAT GOOD...

hes cool, drops a nice song everynow and then but to say hes GOAT is in the realm of retarded, how could someone with a flow like that be best of all time? lol...

Nas beat jay in the beef, everyone knows that, nas is a better storyteller than jay, everyone knows that...this alone proves that Nas is better than jay z and i dont even think Nas is best ever..

    sheesh, kids these days..

trap...honestly, I dont like any of those songs on your list....I've heard them, and I DONT like them....honestly, not from a prejudiced point of view, I even gave nas a chance, went out and copped a few cd's...dont know where they are now tho, cuz I didnt like them

so i still stand by my four songs statement

and X...so now being able to tell stories makes u a better rapper than somebody else? pshhhhhh....hell nah...and I think Hov can tell a story just as good as nas if not better.,...he just doesnt come up those retarted ass ideas that u kids seem to think are cool...like nas fetus song..I thought that shit was sooooo homo...i never was into story telling hto, I'd rather just hear some real stuff..

I wont hate on Nas, he's an ill story teller, and I like his ideas. But that dont take anything from Jay.
Jay can tell stories as good, if not better like booga said. He just chooses not to, he writes mostly from his own perspective. You wanna hear stories...listen to volume 1. You must love me.
    Anyway...Jay is the greatest ever.
He has every single thing on lock, he set so many trends, in songs and in outside music shit.

    How do you figure that?
Every artist has artistic creativity, he is in control of what he writes. But now you've done it, ima go find every Jay-Z story telling track and proove you wrong. He tells stories about himself, not about "things in general".

Find songs better than those? Thats only about 75 to 80 percent of them anyway. Like i said, he tells stories about his life, as is most of those. Some are creative story telling too. Tho nas is a better creative story teller, Jay does the real life shit. The rest of his songs are about painting pictures....like "where Im from".

    Holla!
