I'm 6ft, 14.5 stone (203lbs) and 23% body fat.
fiend out skinny but I scrap like I'm in the 170 range

Was light weights. I had an op over xmas and was on broth. Since last December, I've lost 60 and gained 70lbs when I started eating, not doing too well. Alot of that weight is basic muscle mass, you loose alot QUICK when you're stuck in bed, but now I'm overweight at 23% BMI. I have a weekly trainer now, gotta get healthy before I can start lifting and training.
By August I'll be god status. Just wont be as big as I hoped to.

5'9" 150-155. Between 10-12% BF right now. Once it's consistently warm, I want to get down to about 7-8% BF which will probably have me at 150 or slightly lower. Either way, I ultimately want to be 155-160 with single digit bodyfat and just maintain from there. I should have no problem reaching that over the next 6 months.

5'4 138-141......BF% I'm not sure, but can't be more than 8%
