your bench sucks compared to your other stats who are impressive
well if u rep 340 lbs then thats also impressive...
Height - 5'7
Weight - 145
Bench - 205
Squat - 315 (being short has its advantages)
Been lifting for about 8 months, my goal is to make it to around 180lbs and be able to bench 300+. I have a friend who weighs 160 and benches 315 so Im trying to be where he's at.
Being short has it's advantages in the bench press also, that doesn't cover the fact that being short fucking sucks.
True, dont have to push the weight up far.
I don't mind being 5'7. It actually makes you look "bulkier" than you really are when you're short. Taller people have a harder time looking big. Its easier to "look" bigger when you are short.
imo short ppl who are bulky isnt attractive at all

i usually use 240 for reps.
I don't really do deadlifts routinely to pyramid.. I've only been recently trying to add them over the last 1-2 months or so. But last workout I used 225 and did it at the end of my back/bicep workout for about 5 reps.
i been cutting my diet a bit... trying to lower fat intake more than anything. Still on a bulkish diet, high protein. Just trying to stay in shape rather bulking.

that's pretty good for 6 years considering most pros started when they are in their teens 14-15 and lift those numbers.
I really, really, really need to get into a gym so I can start switching it up more with dumbbells.

I use to weigh 128 pounds and maxxed @ 190 on the bench... I looked so fragile and then niggas see me brench pressin.. it use raise eyebrows cuz I use to work out at a prison style gym..
