    Just trying to get a background on the people who post in here.

    How much you bench?:

    If you squat, how much?: How much you deadlift?

    How long you been lifting weights?

    What's your overall goal? what are you trying to accomplish?

    I'll go first.



    Height: 5'9ish

    Weight: 170lbs

    How much you bench?: I'm at 225 for 4 reps.

    If you squat, how much?: How much you deadlift?

    Squat: 205 for 8 reps. (below parallel) Deadlift: 205 for 8 reps.

    How long you been lifting weights? 1 year. with a 3 month break because of a shoulder injury from a car accident.

    What's your overall goal? what are you trying to accomplish? ultimate goal is to be between 185 and 190lbs....be as strong and balanced as possible and have no weak spots. and just be a cut muthafucka.

    Didn't you get jumped and got a broken noses? How long did that keep you from working out?


    and whoa, you increased your bench alot since the summer man. Weren't you benching like 160? and why do you bench more than you squat? Thats pitiful if you don't have leg problems.

    I never maxed out I usually lift for leverage strength and to stay fit.

    but my heaviest bench was 135 for 6 reps

    my squated 135 as well for like 5 reps.

    I mainly do body weight excersices like pull up, bodyweight lunges and pushups. dips

    but just started to add bench, squat and bicep workouts.

    im 6ft 2 180 lbs.-..just started working out 3 months ago..so i dont expect to pull a 250 bench already

    good shit, wish I had memory like that. too much weed i guess. but i've always had a shitty memory.

    anyway...


    When they broke my nose, i sat out for a month and a half...maybe a little less...that messed me up to.... i'd be further along if it wasnt for that....


    and during summer i was lifting 185....

    my squat is low because, well, i took breaks from working legs.... i had a job where i needed my legs to not be sore at all because i was lifting shit upstairs and downstairs and thru awkward places...so i didnt want sore legs cause if i were to fall lifting big screen tvs and shit... oh noooo.

    but im back on it.... i like squatting but i mean, thats one area where I wont fuck around and try to increase alot.... i probably can squat more but im still gettin the right form and i have been squatting lower then i ever have so I dont want to get any type of injury to my back or knees or anything. my legs are proportioned with my upper body but i do want them stronger.

    Weight: 186 (yeah I'm slim, suck my morbidly obese dick)

    Bench Press: 190

    Squat: 220

    Deadlift: I never go for big weight(lower back problems), usually around 120-140

    How long you been lifting weights?: Just started back into it a little over 2 months ago

    What's your overall goal? what are you trying to accomplish?: To eventually weigh in at about 200+ pounds, and to increase my bench and squat as much as possible.

    You can go ahead and talk shit if you'd like, consider the fact I've only gotten back into training seriously for the past 2 months, I've put on roughly 24 pounds, I've upped my bench about 55 pounds, and in the past I never would even squat. I'd say I'm making decent progress, and if you want to jest, I don't care.

    Talking shit about someone's numbers is BS, at least people are trying to improve and not sitting on their ass. I'm quick to help someone out or offer advice or help motivate, being a dick was fun in 7th grade, not so much anymore. This forum should be a positive community of lifters and health oriented individuals looking to help one another, negativity here is unwelcome.

    BTW, The same people you are making fun of may be the same ones pressing double what you do in a year or 2..... It's funny how karma works.
