    I need some... I can only eat but so many grilled chicken salads and wraps.....

    so just an idea of what you guys eat would help...

    I eat bananas and strawberries. Other than that, I just fuck with chicken. This is a good thread for me, because I never know what to eat directly following a work out. I just did a work out from 9:15-10:00, and I'm hungry as shit, but I don't want to ruin my hard work by putting junk in my body, so I have to find a snack that I know won't hurt me.

    Tuna (or other fish)
    Chicken
    Any fruits or veggies (especially blueberries, strawberries, broccoli, spinach)
    Extra lean ground beef (96/4 or 97/3)
    Egg whites (or whole egg if you don't mind the fat)
    No sugar added yogurt
    Turkey

    I usually take a Clif Bar to school (chocolate chip cookie dough) it tastes soooooooo freaking good, and it's filling.

    I tried to tell misskey about Clif Bars.. I love them.. I don't usually snack too much. When I do its either fruit or sugar free jello.

    I dont know the best meals but i do honestly know the best male enhancement product that will work.
