sudden lack of motivation. i need to get back in there asap.
i'm not doin shit this week. sometimes you get burned out and it's good to rest.
I just finished that HelsinkiDanceFestival project and biking2job and back, and trynna learn everything there plus the road, so I`m not trying shit this week either
But boss showed me free gym @ there yesterday
Have to take effort of that
Free is always a plus in anything. Yeah I'll get back to it Monday for sure.
You're right zyclon...been working alot of hours lately, also.
I was forced to take a week and a half off after my Lasik surgery at the end of May.
Sometimes I'll take a week off, but being forced to take time off just made me want to go more. That sucked.
back to the grind...swimming for about an hour tonight, then startin the HIIT and weights again tomorrow.
too much beer and red meat this weekend! lol
I think the longest hiatus I've taken in the last 5-6 months was 6 days. It was when I got my wisdom teeth pulled. The meds made me feel like shit.
When I went back I was full of energy though. It was just what I needed.
When I can't get to the gym, I workout at home ...I have to workout, it's the best stress reliever for me, I start to get real agitated and and miserable when I'm just sitting around
That's the thing about Summertime man. Women & Cook-outs are both major distractions lol. But I got back to it this past week. Plan on hitting the gym hard this upcoming week also.
Just wrecked another bike and damaged my shoulder. I'll be lucky to ever get back now.
