TNA doesn't release pay-per-view buyrate figures, but based on a variety of information, these numbers are rough estimates on how they did on pay-per-view in 2007. The average TNA pay-per-view garnered roughly 26,500 North American buys in 2007.

December 2006: 35,000 buys for Turning Point (Samoa Joe vs. Kurt Angle)

January 2007: 34,000 buys for Final Resolution (Samoa Joe vs. Kurt Angle)

February 2007: 23,000 buys for Against All Odds (Kurt Angle vs. Christian Cage)

March 2007: 36,000 buys for Destination X (Samoa Joe vs. Sting)

April 2007: 35,000 buys for Lockdown (Team Angle vs. Team Cage)

May 2007: 21,000 buys for Sacrifice (Kurt Angle vs. Sting vs. Christian Cage)

June 2007: 22,000 buys for Slammiversary (King of the Mountain)

July 2007: 15,000 buys for Victory Road (Samoa Joe and Kurt Angle vs. Team 3D)

August 2007: 26,000 buys for Hard Justice (Samoa Joe vs. Kurt Angle)

September 2007: 17,000 buys for No Surrender (Kurt Angle vs. Abyss)

October 2007: 36,000 buys for Bound For Glory (Sting vs. Kurt Angle)

November 2007: 27,000 buys for Genesis (Sting and Booker T vs. Kurt Angle and Kevin Nash)

I believe that means that TNA did about a third (or at best half) as many PPVs ALL YEAR as WWE got for Wrestlemania alone.

Wrestlemania 23 did 1.2 million total buys with 768,000 of them being domestic.

TNA did 327,000 buys between December 2006 and November 2007.

The worst WWE PPV in recent history did just under 100,000 buys, and that was the huge disaster that was December to Dismember. That's still better than any THREE consecutive TNA PPVs did in the last year.

I can see why they got the title off of Abyss so fast.

Looks like the 1 on 1 matches with Samoa Joe were the best draws

Looks like Samoa Joe and Sting might be their biggest draws. Victory Road though, wow that one was bad, wonder how much of that was for putting Team 3D in the main event. Then again at that time TNA seemed to be a big clusterfuck with the title situation.

No, I think they're losing money. The only reason they're in business is because Panda Energy is willing to put the money into it because they think it'll eventually turn around.

Yeah, I think it was part 3D being in the main event and part the fact that the match was a retarded idea to begin with and it was obvious how it was going to end. I think it would have done a lot better as Styles and Daniels vs. Joe and Angle.

The only part that's really speculation is that the people in charge of Panda are dumb enough to think TNA is going to turn around. The rest of it has been pretty much confirmed numerous times.

Retarded TNA moment of the day: At a house show in Canada, Kurt Angle got himself DQ'ed in a title defense. In TNA, titles change hands on a DQ. The title didn't change hands this time though. Why? Because whoever booked the match FORGOT THE RULES.

Due to poor sales, Target stores have decided to no longer carry any TNA merchandise.

Well, there's another way TNA isn't making money. I almost bought a Chris Sabin vs. Kevin Nash action figure set at Target when it was marked way the fuck down, but the figures are so horrible it still wasn't worth it.

TNA "figured" this was going to happen, so they sent Shane Douglas to do an invasion.

Well I guess the kids aren't TNA's "Target" Audience, so why are their fans supposed to watch Ultimate Humiliation matches and Kurt Angle holiday parties and hear stupid jokes that only little kids would find funny?

Maybe they meant TNA titles can change hands at "Dairy Queen."
