I seen plenty of people that went to gym, scared as fuck when someone threatens them.
Just because you have muscles doesnt mean you are brave.

That they have the same chance if not more growing in the gym than anywhere else and your logic is flawed :chefoooh:

I'd say that it takes a certain level of mental toughness (balls) to reach the professional level, I guess it depends on circumstance.

Example: who has more balls, an athlete who wakes up at 4am every single day and works his arse off, to complete on a professional level or a soldier who drinks and pisses off but likes war?

    There is no correct answer.

Having balls means someone will train every day?

If you have to ask if it takes balls for someone to train every day in a world plagued by laziness and temptation, I am afraid we are too far apart to reach a common ground on this subject.

willpower is why it's so hard. if you don't understand that most people lack the basic willpower to get their asses up and moving, or decide to trivialize the motivation some people possess to get up and work themselves close to or to failure 5-7 days a week; you're just trolling or naïve.

that's like saying "what's so hard about an alcoholic not taking a drink?"

    ridiculous.

and wtf you talkin about balls aren't created in a gym? what do you consider having balls? having balls is having a strong constitution. that generally isn't created anywhere but through life experiences.

but people are brave in different situations. a kid may be brave in coming out as gay, but if I put a gun to his/her head, they may shit their pants and cry.

so, again, what are you really talking about

fuckin ridiculous. sometimes screaming is the only way to get that lift up, or the only way to express how much pain you're in after you get that lift.

Can't even imagine how that funtions.. But then again, I'm finding it next to impossible working out wearing a sweatsuit..

Oh, and to add insult to injury (people who no shower), people who're ill (flu, fever, cough, sneezing, etc..) have no place in the gym. Get better 1st, then come back to working out.
