    I haven't been to the gym in about a month.

    Finals week came up a couple weeks ago, and I was studying and I didn't get out because of the tests and papers....now Christmas break is here and I just haven't gone back. I guarantee I lost about 20 lbs or more on my bench....I don't even want to think about it.

    Someone kick me in the fucking ass and make me go back.

    lol, i didnt do bench for a long time until about 3 weeks ago, just because the gym i usually go to doesnt have weights like that and there isnt a good substitute. however after about 6 months of not touching bench press, in 2 weeks i added 30 pounds to it. its the quickest to go down and fastest to come back up.

    If you wanted to go you'd have found a way. Get motivated. After awhile you'll be missing all the gains you've worked so hard to make and will have to work back to get where you are.
