all the saturated and trans fats man. tons of it. and the sodium.
mozzarella cheese doesnt have any trans fat that im aware of though but idk, if its from a chain its gonna be crap, i know that much.
Ahhh my mom makes the BEST homemade pizza.. mmm..
it does have trans fat, but much worse it has tons and tons of saturated fat and sodium.
pizza is HORRID for you unless you get something with very little cheese, loaded with fresh veggies, and whole wheat crust. If you can't get whole wheat, then thin crust is the best bet.
Pizza Hut has pizza called "Light and Healthy" or some shit like that, and it's super thin crust and light on cheese. You can get it loaded up with veggies and it's actually fairly good for you in relation to most pizza

I worked at Pizza Hut for 2 years... thin crust actually inst that good for you... and they don't really care how much cheese they put on it...
But my mom makes homemade doe and everything oooooh it is so good

I've never been big on fastfood.. and I've only had kfc twice in my entire life..
... I remember in like 7th or 8th grade I use to eat Mcdonald's chicken selects... but I havn't had fast food in yeaaars
when i diet i usually do a low carb approach since it works best for me...but i definantly like carb stuff...like breads and sugar...once im done with a diet and slowly introduce carbs back in...for a cheat meal once a week...ill eat either pizza, steak and cheese, or a hamburger...
but i have to say refined carbs and lots of fat make me feel somewhat sick now...
so i found ways to make some pretty decent replacements for all of those foods though...
actually pizza once a week wouldnt hurt you..
food-wise, non really...I dont have trouble eating healthy
beer is by far my biggest guilty pleasure tho..
vanilla ice cream is my guilty pleasure
alcohol in general is my guilty pleasure especially blue moon.
my guilty pleasure is that i eat what i want, and then throw in a multivitamin and some v8 juice to make it semi healthy...
I make my pizza homemade 90% of the time.
lol i eat like 10 slices of pizza a week
My mom has a brownie business... and she made 88 brownies today (in the shape of hearts for vday) ... and then she left the scraps on the counter...yumm... but I feel very very guilty.
Im young so I eat whatever I want.... im naturally a skinny guy so I have to take alot of protein.... eat alot of calories to stay up in mass.....
