    anybody got some good healthy suggestions???...im no chef, i usually am pressed with time too...i work out 4 times a week, cardio as well as weight training and im trying to build muscle without gaining fat, anybody know some good buys at the grocery store that might help with this?or what are some good meals to make for breakfast lunch and dinner??good looks in advance

    sweet potatoes
    eggs
    ground turkey or turkey breast
    tuna
    brown rice
    green vegetables
    olive oil or flaxseed oil
    all fruits but in moderation
    skim milk
    oatmeal

    I highly recommend CostCo.

    You can get bags of packaged frozen chicken breasts, 5 dozen egg packs, tuna 10 packs, protien bars, bananas, milk, oatmeal, turkey breast, salad shit, cereal, fucking cod filets and fish.. basically everything you need. Even steaks if you wanted, beef too.

    I like Sprouts (farmers market) for fruit, yams, potatos, veggies, seeds, rice and shit. Usually those places have badass chicken kabobs, steaks, meats for the grill.
