    mercury poisoning.

I only fuck with fresh tuna sushi i dont eat the canned tuna anymore.

its only good to eat fish 3 times a week maximum to avoid mercury.

and the best is salmon its high in fat but its good for those who are on a bulk and its the fish with the least mercury....wild salmon.

actually theres new reports surfacing about how too much tuna actually IS bad for you now.. the mercury levels are rising in tuna..

pregnant women aren't even supposed to eat tuna..

    idk..

a little bit here and there wont hurt you imo, but i try to keep it down to 2 - 3 times a week at most..

I know what I need to be eating, but I don't have any ideas of how to make meals of them...

I look at all these raw products and I'm just like uhhhhhhhhhhhh

Got any favorite meals or good cook books or websties with recipes?

I'm mainly dropping weight right now.....staying away from sugars and wasted carbs......

Looking for high protein high fiber meals. peace.
