good bicep exercises other than curls?

    all ive been doin is the barbell curls, which is a great workout, but i wanna know if there are other exercises or machines that work the biceps that i can add into my routine

    Preacher curls
    Nautilus curls
    Concentration curls
    Hammer curls
    Inline curls
    Standing dumbell curls
    Barbell preacher curls
    Cable preacher curls

    a lot of back exercises...rows especially...hit your biceps too. if you're looking for variety, do something like perform pulldowns with your palms facing you. [dunno]

    ^Basically.

    Personally, I'd worry more about the tricep since it makes up 2/3's of the arm.

    That's true as hell.
    I don't work my tri's like I should, my tri's are smaller than my bicep, and my arm is 19" + I can only IMAGINE the size once I get the tri's bigger then the bi's where they belong.

    So you would suggest doing a combination of a few different curls or should I just stick to one?

    I try to get around 2-3 exercises for every major muscle group. Would it be smart for me to do 2 different type of curls?

    Yes, some curls work the inner head of the bicep and some work the outer part more, I believe.

    Just fuck with the angles, go heavy and low, high reps and low. just keep the variation going.

    I bet greg valentino know some great exercises.

    Spider curls, dun...And concentration curls....Oh, and some cable curls....I can go on and on.

    Just experiment and see which ones you respond to best. It's different for each person. Remember, you don't get bigger in the weight room you get bigger by eating and proper recovery.
