Put some life in this place What are your goals in terms of physique, max numbers, fitness, etc. Physique: I want to be about 250-270 pounds at a BF% of 10-13%. I'm at 220 right now with about 12% BF. Still a few years away, but I'm closer than I was 5 years ago at 165 pounds : ) Maxes: I really never went crazy with max weight or 1-rep max but I'm slowly starting to. I've really been trying to start a more even approach between strength and hypertrophy.... Short-term for the 3 compounds I want to hit... BP-275(yeah my BP is that bad), Squat- 350, Deadlift- 425. Deadlift probably won't take long, I'm tall and kind of built for it. Squats I only go parallel and my knee issues will determine how high I go in weight. BP is a joke, stupid long arms and very weak at the bottom portion of the lift. That's about it for now. Starting to bulk again as the winter months are approaching. A LOT of meat, a lot of milk(mostly skim and 2%, some whole), fruit, oats, nuts and potatoes. I don't like pasta or I'd be all over it.
