Goals?

    Put some life in this place

    What are your goals in terms of physique, max numbers, fitness, etc.

    Physique: I want to be about 250-270 pounds at a BF% of 10-13%. I'm at 220 right now with about 12% BF. Still a few years away, but I'm closer than I was 5 years ago at 165 pounds : )

    Maxes: I really never went crazy with max weight or 1-rep max but I'm slowly starting to. I've really been trying to start a more even approach between strength and hypertrophy.... Short-term for the 3 compounds I want to hit... BP-275(yeah my BP is that bad), Squat- 350, Deadlift- 425. Deadlift probably won't take long, I'm tall and kind of built for it. Squats I only go parallel and my knee issues will determine how high I go in weight. BP is a joke, stupid long arms and very weak at the bottom portion of the lift.

    That's about it for now. Starting to bulk again as the winter months are approaching. A LOT of meat, a lot of milk(mostly skim and 2%, some whole), fruit, oats, nuts and potatoes. I don't like pasta or I'd be all over it.

    Damn bro why do you want to be 250-270?

    I'm 218 right now (9percent), want to be 198 (5-6percent)

    Be able to do 150 pushups straight (can do 105)

    30+ pullups (do a lousy 16 now)

    100 situps straight, do about 70 now

    Run 14 miles at an 8-9min per mile pace

    I also want to increase my bench from 365 to 405.

    All of this before I leave to Paris April 1st to take a job with an agency where physical shape is paramount.

    So I have work to do but it's all in reach.

    I've just wanted to be really big for as long as I can remember.

    Once I attain it I'll probably only keep it up til I'm about 40, mayyyybe 45. Then I'll shed roughly 20-30 pounds depending on where I'm at, and maintain that.

    LMAO no goals really here.

    I just wanna get down to 170 and lean out a little more.

    Thinking about becoming a vegan/pescetarian and also doing yoga if those count.

    i want to get down to 190-195, about 5-10% bf. don't really care about weightlifting, i just want to lean out.

    my end goal is to be about 215-220 tops with about 10% bf max. i'm at 220 right now, but still leaning (dropped 60lbs in the last 8 months).

    i just want my arm to be fixed so i can start training harder and get my mma up.

    Physique: Where I'm at, just with some more muscle. I'm 6'4", and around 220-225. I'm cool with those stats, but I look lighter.
    Maxes: I actually don't have any interest in my maxes. I just want to improve what I do for reps. Long term is probably around my bodyweight on the bench (at least), 300+ on the squat, and 400+ on the deadlift.

    im 6-3 182, lean

    i wanna build strenght, yet keep it under 185
    i do the amatuer boxin shit, so iont wanna get over 184, id have to jump to the next weight an im not compfortable there..

    ill be honest, in 10 years the only leg workout ive done is running and.....thats it...

    i need to fit my lower body up without putting my weight over 185.... an i cant cut much more weight in my upper body, maybe 5 pounds at the most

    Same over here. Actually, MAYBE 6'3" and a half but probably 6'4". That, and I'm estimated (I measured my neck/waist myself and did an online calculation, I should see an actual doctor about it) around 15-16% bodyfat since TheNewGuy mentioned his.

    currently cutting down to 242 @ sub 6%.

    Want to lean out at 185.

    I been doing cardio. 6 months ago I was 165, then I started eating and went back up, not I'm trying to cut again.

    I'm 160 with a 365+ deadlift, 245 bench. I was 165 with a 285 bench and 415 deadlift a few years ago. I just recently rededicated myself to going to the gym so I've shot back up to the 245 / 365 marks pretty quick.

    My goals for this year are to get to about 175 lbs. Max Bench 315 and deadlift 465.

    And run a mile in 6 miutes or less. It's around 8 right now.

    just want to get to 275 bench
    maintain my weight at 165-170 (I'm 5'8)
    get some more definition in my core
    and then run a 6 minute mile...the fastest I was able to manage up to this point was 6:15 so I'm not too far off
