I was looking at Rochester (Simon). It really depends on the GMAT. Their average is above 650, and I really don't know how feasible that is, considering I'm taking the test on the 23rd of this month, and haven't had much time to prepare yet.
But yeah, from what I've heard/read, Kaplan offers best preparation packages. They're just too pricey.
What schools are you lookin' at?

best thing to do is just get a book, they go for around $60. This test is mostly about strategy, as all of these tests are. Get that down and you should be fine. Focus mainly on quantatative material. I want to attend either Columbia or NYU, something close to where I presently live. I attended UPenn undergrad, however, not a Wharton student.
