    i can do one for every second almost, but that's how i've always been. Pushups, situps and pull-ups have always been easy. Always won the gym records in school since about 6th grade.

    I did 25 slow push ups the proper way not those fast ass momentum baby push ups lol.

    ^^ word slow push ups are much betetr for buidling strenght , fast ones are better for Endurance

    its funny cause my friend and i were able to build our chest with just push ups alone...but with variations.

    we would use those bars and slowly lower our body and shoot up fast and slowly lower etc.....


    you really stretch the fiber in your chest with variations...

    alot of guys who just do those fast up and down push ups are not really doing true push ups anyone can do those and those just work the triceps not chest the keep the arms close to the sides i do mine like a bench press formation.

    true, pushups build your chest better than the bench imo...

    those fast pushups work to better your "fast twitch muscles"..

    the slow ones build muscle like hell..

    I can get about 30 clap pushups, or known to police as DT pushups..

    ya clap push ups are awesome they help fighters as well you push off the floor helps your punches too.

    its funny how alot of guys who can do bench press cant even do slow moving push ups.

    Do push up bars add strenght? Cuz I know regular push ups dont add strenght.
