thats a good idea... also if you have some weights layin around the house you can put them in the backpack... i have like 300 lbs in the guarage but i lost my bar bell
i sorta do, but i can lift a lottt more weight than i used to be able to
i would use weights instead of books... thats what some people do when they hike
