..means that even in the event of car keys being stolen, that being reported, the insurance company needs to print out this little piece of paper stating new keys can be made.

    Of course, not over here.

Unless the car's been broken into, no keys can be made. Wonderful.

Guess there's nothing left to do but to say "bon voyage" to the thief in possession of keys. :/

Not without that little piece of paper - even car dealerships here have their hands tied. :(

A trip to Stuttgart it'll be..

    Indeed.

1st it was reluctance on their part to even insure vehicles over 80k - it's been a heated debate in the country for years now, and now this as an added bonus.

Suits me right for not listening to my brother and simply had it insured via an Italian or German ins. comp. But noooo, Pikachu knew urrything - or should I say got tired of getting parking tickets because it was almost impossible to explain that one is able to have foreign license plates and still part in front of their own reserved space.

Luckily the majority of tourists come by plane, but every summer I feel bad for all those having to commute to the seaside via Slovenia.

See, me being madfaced about it more than covers it, but ending lives for something as trivial is a no go.

edit; problems would remain seeing how the laws would have to be changed..

    That is not correct.
There would be less people and you would suffer from insomnia if you have conscious and sympathy.
