Foods with the best ratio..

    Of how full they make you as opposed to their calorie count?

    Do y'all count your calories like me? I've been over weight before and I didn't feel good about myself. Now i'm in good shape and I wanna keep it that way. I think broccoli might be the best. This broccoli I get is only 40 calories and it makes you somewhat full. White rice is great, 140 calories per serving and it's alot of food. What are some good ones I missed?

    With the amount of daily cardio I can't afford to not eat well. Stop obsessing over calories and eat normally.

    oatmeal, almond butter. two best ways to feel full, fast, and for a while.

    i can eat 2 pounds of broccoli before i feel full, and that's only cuz i'm full of gas.

    mcdonalds breakfast burrito combo with orange juice

    i believe is the closest thing on the menu to being balanced carb vs protein wise.... zone diet shit.
