Of how full they make you as opposed to their calorie count? Do y'all count your calories like me? I've been over weight before and I didn't feel good about myself. Now i'm in good shape and I wanna keep it that way. I think broccoli might be the best. This broccoli I get is only 40 calories and it makes you somewhat full. White rice is great, 140 calories per serving and it's alot of food. What are some good ones I missed?
