    what r these new updates? i havent touched fl since version 4(I tried 3 and 4 before deciding i didnt like it) and the updates there didnt change the program alot imo 5 was a big deal yea they was addin good shit and shit that u didnt even need (fpc) and now in 6 im only hearin about a new sampler (thats great) a new sound engine (even better) and a buncha bells and whistles that the average user wont use probabaly Im not tryin to knock the program at all I like what they are tryin to do with it I just think most of the upgrades havent been major

    i think the new sound engine is huge!

    how can improvments to the sound engine not be major?...thats worth the upgrade alone

    that should be a free upgrade tho kuz Fls old sound engine was terrible imo and was one of the biggest things holdin fl back i havent heard this new one but im interested in seeing how it sounds compared to the old one it shouldnt have taken a year to do this update

    im not a fl user but i gave checked out the new eq and multiband compressor and I like them

    they both have a very visually oriented interface similar to the voxengo plugins or in the case of the eq the Elemental plugins

    For all you kids saying that fl has a new sound engine it doesnt. I just A Bed some snares in FL 5 and 6 and its the same. yall just excited thats coo..But do your research before you jump the gun..........

    I never fucked with fl studio 5 so i naturally assumed 6 had a new sound engine

    I just looked @ the spectral images of a snare produced in fl studio 5 and fl studio 6 and they are identical
