You guys got any favorite fitness magazines that you like to read? Or do you think they're all bullshit? You ever use any of their workouts? Break it down for me one time ...

Most of them are bullshit filled with supplement advertising.

They have nothing you can't find out on the internet IMO.

But Muscle Fitness has some shit, not that much info as i expected but the dudes in it had some pretty impressive physiques. (no homo)

I read Men's Health. It's not a magazine for meatheads and has some good lifestly tips.It also has a pretty comprehensive website.

Men's Fitness is pretty good..but it's more for people who are really into bodybuilding..not for the casual bodybuilder..

I used to check out the muscle mags once in a while. But I've been reading Men's Health for years and it's all I get any more.

*looks around* Hmm.. Any other ladies??

I read Fitness and Self. I like Fitness the best, maybe because its a free subscription but they have some great stories of real people and how they lost weight. Their routines, diets, and what their struggles were. They also give you routines that you can do without machines and in free time with a few spare minutes. Oh and the food ideas don't suck.
