For the trinity to make any kind of sense, all 3 pieces have to be equal in level of importance. One part can't be greater than the other which is clear the case because the Father is greater then the son and holy spirit and the hoily spirit is greater than the son.

Jesus on earth had to live, deal with, be tempted everything AS a man. So on earth he was left to his own, once being risen up he doesnt lose his status in heaven.

So why is sinning against the christ less severe than sinning against the holy spirit?

Have nothing to do with foolish, ignorant controversies; you know that they breed quarrels. And the Lord's servant must not be quarrelsome but kind to everyone, able to teach, patiently enduring evil,

Because the holy spirit is sensative. He has a personality and feelings. He feels "pained"
Hes our Helper, so when we sin against him "the holy spirit can be grieved" and its not right his purpose only is to help guide you into truth, hes the one that helps you recognize the truth.

So sins against the son can be forgiving but sins against the holy spirit can't because it is sensitive?

So basically you are saying that these three beings are not equal which means they can't possibly be the same.

but if they are the same, shouldn't they all of the same qualities? not to mention, different "qualities" shouldn't affect the level of importance.

The unforgivable sin of speaking against the Holy Spirit

has been interpreted in various ways,

but the true meaning cannot contradict other Scripture.

It is unequivocally clear that the one unforgivable sin is permanently rejecting Christ (John 3:18; 3:36).

Thus, speaking against the Holy Spirit is equivalent to rejecting Christ with such finality that no future repentance is possible.

'My spirit shall not always strive with man,' God said long ago (Genesis 6:3).

The Holy Spirit persuades and enables men to accept Christ and enjoy the saving

benefits of the gospel [John 16:8; 1 Corinthians 2:12-14; Acts 7:51], but if anyone

refuses to submit to the Spirit's gracious constraint, preferring to call good evil and evil

good, how can the gospel avail for him? The deliberate refusal of the grace of God is the one sin which by its very nature is irremediable"

Jesus thus regards blasphemy against the Spirit—permanently rejecting his identity (Matthew 12:18) as attested by the Spirit's works (12:28)—as the worst of sins

therefor the emphasis is redirected towards all three in one.

…If one's conscience is bothering him to the point that he feels he is too guilty for God to forgive, he has the assurance of God's Word that forgiveness is possible. The very fact that he is bothered by his sinfulness shows that the Holy Spirit has not abandoned him nor has God given him over to a depraved mind.

Nope it does not effect level of importance. The holy spirit is Gods spirit on earth. Hes the one that comes to live inside u when u accept christ. Hes the one that will convict ur heart. Hes more sensetive in that he is more of the feeling side of God. And when u walk in the spirit he activates a sensetiveness to the spirit within you making u more sensetive to negetive or positive things in the spirit world going on around you

@LP No because the bible said sins against the Christ would be forgiven so there is nothing similar about it. You are changing the meaning of scriptures to fit your idea

Christ is familiar with ridicule. He will forgive you. If u pain the holy spirit he will leave u. He cant be around that. And if he leaves u u have a problem because there is no longer anything that can help you. U broke the camals back basicly.

So the holy spirit is a tool of God not God itself which makes more sense.

Where does it say that these three things are one being?

This is all Jesus in the Flesh, God on earth. Get it ? These are all because of the Word in the flesh on earth. He is part man on earth too, but he is enteral. God is a Spirit, he is not a man or person.

    Hmm ?

These verses you gave do not refute that Jesus is God, God is Jesus. They support the idea and concept that The Word came down in the Flesh, that was Jesus on earth: Part man, Part God.

Also, what was his ministry down here ? To tell the good news to man, set up his Church, and have the Gospel spread. He had to teach as well...

These verses all indicate as much.

Shadow if you deny that Jesus is God, you are calling both him and the Father a liar. Think about this, and don't be too prideful to think.

However. You must know the holy spirit to grieve him. This actually applies more towards a person that knew the HS and have communed and walked in the spirit and then go to reject him knowing and not feeling bad about it.

So if they are the same, like you claim, then it would 'pain' Christ. which is a contradiction.

Now your words would be more logical if they were separate

Genesis 1:26, Genesis 3:22, Genesis 11:7, Isaiah 6:8, and other passages are examples of conversations within which God uses the word “we” or “us.”

Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit

Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit. 5And there are varieties of ministries, and the same Lord. 6 And there are varieties of effects, but the same God who works all things in all persons."

The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit, be with you all."

Think of water, water can be one, yet it also can be ice and it also can be steam.

That is a good analogy for it

What? Jesus, the word, did come to earth but he is separate from God.

And How can i call Jesus and the father liars if they are the same thing.

Why would Jesus pray to his equal? Why would he say his father was higher than him if he technically wasn't....sounds like a lie to me if u believe that
