Haha..I'd rather eat Special K cereal..it has very little sugar and fat and tastes very good
Special K is shit.
One serving of quaker oats has 4g of fiber, 3g of good fats, and 5g of protein.
Add some blueberries for taste and it's a fiber monster.
Banana's really do it for me man.
i love bananas but i have eat a ton of them to feel the slightest bit full, so i usually just throw a couple into a meal, beef patty, couple bannas, cereal, couple egg whites. something like that.
u should try shredded wheat....fills u up and keeps u regular haha. one big bowl with a banana and a glass of OJ and ur all set.
water and crackers and sum fruit.

I hope you can help me out. I am trying to get my health under control so starting to eat right is my first step. Do you know where I can purchase quality food online? (that is on the healthy side) I am starting to do all of my shopping online because of various reasons…so I am hoping you can help me out with a suggestion or two.
So far I have only tried Celebrity foods (which is outstanding by the way)
I am in desperate need to grow my list of quality services or stores, where I can buy my food from. Thank you and have a great day or night (depending on when you read this. LOL!
Did someone say water? Water isn't filling it all. Its the least filling drink, but either way stick to drinking it (room temp if you can adjust, not a huge deal though)
You need to eat lots of low energy density foods.
Fat has 9 kcal/gram
Carbs have 4
Protein has 4
Alcohol has 7
So foods with a higher fat content have more calories.
Low energy density foods, or food that are good for you while filling and low on calories include:
-low fat dairy products
-lean proteins (fish, poultry)
Stay away from fat, stick to as many carbs and protein rich foods as you can. Fruit and vegetables are key.
For example, 1/2 cup of ice cream = 6 medium sized apples. And people rarely eat only half a cup of ice cream, yet almost never eat 6 apples.
You know what I think is the LEAST filling food?
Swear to God, I eat one and my stomach rumbles.. it's crazy
