The most filling foods are those high in fiber.

Oats, whole grains, blueberries, cauliflower, broccoli, pumpkin, quinoa.

Something new I found that I should share.. Fiber One Raisin Bran Clusters.. It really doesn't look that great and the name put me off.. but for a high protein/fiber cereal it tastes great.

^man i had this raisin/granola/nut cereal before and i didnt know you were only supposed to use like 1/3 a cup or whatever, so i just poured it like normal cereal...the shit took me like 15 minutes to eat lol and i was considerably full.

but yeah i guess some filling foods that are low on calories (asfar as i can tell) would be rice and salad...like a chicken ceaser salad...bread is filling too..but high in carbs which isnt going to help if youre trying to lose weight.

actually its the quinoa and broccoli. all high fiber green veggies are filling and low in calories. quinoa is the most benificial grain on earth. fairly low in calries nothing like vegetables though.

I'll be honest.. I'm a little afraid to try quinoa.. what is the texture? does it have a natural taste or does it just pick up the flavor that you add to it?

Haha yeah I have no clue what that quinoa is..look it up on google image search, it looks weird haha..anyway I had oatmeal for the first time the other day, apple flavor..it was so good but then I checked the nutrition facts and it has alott of sugar in it..which kinda makes me hesitant to eat it again

^so get the original kind it has 0grams of sugar..it tastes pretty bland but you can add your own flavors to it like cinammon or maple syrup but ofcourse its going to increase the sugar level....but yea i think just a tiny bit of some maple syrup will kick the flavor up enough so that you dont feel like youre eating damp cardboard.
