    Your logic is a problem.

"The Bible says x so it must be true..."

That's not the way a rational person should think. The Bible also says that gays should be condemned to death, owning slaves is okay, "sorceresses" should be killed, women should be silent, and genocide is okay as long as you don't kill God's favorites. This is a morally repugnant book and no loving God would ever advocate anything that it says.

His "invisible qualities" in nature is one of the more asinine arguments for God that i've come across. It's like me saying that I have a million dollars...only it's invisible and you just have to believe my word. This isn't how we approach things in the 21st century.

True, if you leave all belief at the door and look at it without bias it's like this:

That the bible says God exists does not make it true or fact. The bible needs for you to believe, in the same a child is told the boogieman is true, for the child the feeling of the boogiemans existence is real, though not necesserely true.

Actually i think its the otherway around. God doesnt cease being God wether u belueve him or not. and hes not the one that has to deal with the consequences if ur wrong.

Actually... while economics is by no means my speciality, in our modern world of credit, debt, and fiat currency, believing in invisible money that doesn't exist is very much how our economy works. (And no, that's not a good thing. It is bad. Very bad.)

Partially true. He took bits and pieces from a lot of different places and compiled it all into one big jumbled mess. There are times in fact that it conflicts with itself.

    hahaha, dead @ gaytheism.

don't agree with people getting along, but it does divide people up when you force anything.

i think in this day and age information is so readily available, it should be up to the person.

if i want to read more about christianity, i have my sources, and payback ain't one of them.

I don't believe there is consequences for believing or not. You are judged by your actions if anything.

God WOULDN'T cease to exist if we believed in him or not, IF he existed. God doesn't come into existence if you believe in him or not either, as the only thing we know for sure is that we don't know. The God question is an unknown, not a fact either way.
