basically...what does your list look like..what items do you ALWAYS take to the gym with you?? must haves.. shorts shirt lifting gloves water bottle mp3 player proper clothes obviously just make you feel good when you're lifting..jeans just get in the way. the gloves are helpful when you grip the weights..my hands still get torn up a lil bit but who cares...it helps a lot. water bottle..self explanatory...mp3 player...you'd be surprised how much the music helps. if you don't have one..pick one up. other than that I plan to pick up one of those belt things...for the back days with deadlifts and all that.. and um.....a towel I guess lol.. what about you guys? I would say a workout buddy..cuz its kind of related but this is just items lol. a friend is a huge plus when working out.
