Mad niggaz like gettin' pissed on, too... doesn't mean I have to be a fan of it... it's alright to have standards and taste... and just because you don't like something, doesn't mean you're hatin'... I don't owe any artist shit... they're not paying me... I'm paying them when I buy their music... and they better impress me or else I'm not fuckin' wit 'em.

^That's always the go-to defense when all else fails... we're the wack ones, not the artist... I get it... and I was speaking in general, not just about Jay Z's Kingdom Come... that album is mediocre, at best.

The CD ain't bad, it was just completely overhyped.

I dug all the songs you mentioned (minus Hollywood), but c'mon, with shit like Show Me What You Got on their the shit was, like ignorant said, mediocre at best...

Eazy-e wasnt a good rapper, not even close. I Love his music simply because hes entertaining. Hes hilarious.

you can diss the dude for not having skills but if it wasnt for him rap wouldnt be shit today.

he started one of if not THE most influential groups in rap history. NWA's straight out of compton was one of the first really hardcore rap albums that was really successful.

    Eazy-E gave birth to NWA

NWA spawned Ruthless Records (artists like BONE) death row records, ICe Cube's career, Dre's Career, (which spawned Aftamath's Eminem 50 cent, G-unit, The Game)

thats why hes the godfather of gangsta rap.

Who's comparin' tupac to eazy. We're just sayin' they're both overrated AS RAPPERS. Yes, they had influence, but they didn't have the high level of skill their fans portray them as having.

And I was alive durin' those times.

    POINT BLANK (lol)!

    Are you dense son?

I love Biggie, but neither him nor pac didn't have the skill people portray them as having. I respect them for their influence, and I even dig Biggie's music, doesn't mean he was necessarilly a skilled lyricist...
