    Only work out I do is when I'm walking my dog, lol. But I will soon start doing crunches again :eek:)

    20 Diamond Pushups in the morning..

    20 Diamond Pushups at night

    Curl 25 pounders at 20 reps everytime a commiercial comes on for the duration of the Commercial.. or every time my Shortie is on the CPU


    Shit made me gain 16lbs since Sept...

    it's huge... I don't even know where to start because I rotate my exercises a lot.



    but my split right now looks like:


    Monday - Chest/Back
    Tues - Shoulders
    Wed. - Off
    Thurs - Bi's/Tri's
    Friday - Legs
    Weekends off

    Toss abs in there anywhere like 3-4 times a week.


    if someone needs exercises for a muscle group particularly, drop it.



    I "think" this next week I will be changing up my routine... it's been a little over 2 months on this last split and I like to keep it fresh.


    Monday - Chest/Tris
    Tues - legs
    Wed - Off
    Thurs - Shoulders
    Friday - back/biceps

    same deal with abs... I fit them in anywhere.

    Monday - Chest/Triceps
    Tuesday - off
    Wednesday - Biceps/Back

    Saturday - off
    Sunday - off

    Monday-Upper body-Barbell bench press, bent over rows, barbell bicep curl, head crushers, shoulder shrugs, wide-to-narrow pull ups, medicine ball ex

    Tuesday-Lower body-Barbell squats(god I love squatting), sumo dead lifts, lunges, seated calf raises, glute ham raise, medicine ball ex.

    Wednesday-off

    Thursday-Upper body-Same with slight tweaks

    Friday-Lower body-Same with slight tweaks

    Weekend-Off

    Like Snikka, I throw in ab exercises wherever, I just don't work them 2 days in a row.

    edit: Jeff I hope you were already deciding to make a health forum before I suggested it to you, otherwise getting shafted on a MOD spot is weak.

    4 sets of 6 Bench
    3 sets of 10 dumbell flies
    4 sets of 6 close grip bench
    30 elevated tricep dips
    3 sets of 8 barbell curls
    50 situps

    Tuesday - off

    Wednesday - (Shoulders/Legs)
    3 sets of 10 Shoulder Press or Military Press
    3 sets of 8 Upright rows
    3 sets of 8 Incline bench
    3 sets of 8 Shoulder shrugs
    3 sets of 8 Squats
    3 sets of 8 Leg press
    50 situps

    Thursday - off

    Friday - (Fullbody)
    4 sets of 6 Bench
    4 sets of 6 Close grip bench
    3 sets of 8 curls
    3 sets of 8 squats
    3 sets of 8 leg press
    50 situps

    Weekend- off

    i prefer circle training..i do everything i can think of when im in gym, and i only go like 3 times a week..i do machines as well as free weights ..works well

    Hold two dumbells of w/e weight in each hand...
    let your arms hang at your sides with the wieghts in hand..


    Then Shrug UP.... hold 1 sec, & Release down..

    Shrug up... Hold 1 sec, & Release down


    repeat...

    I Gotta get me another gym membership to go with this forum.. niggaz charge a Arm & leg for membership in NYC these days.. Closest shit is golds gym at 39.99 a month =/

    I actually never dropped my business.

    I don't have a set routine, I can never keep to them, I typically do..

    Monday - Wednesday
    30 situps x 5 sets.
    30 press ups x 5 sets.
    20 minutes on the bag, both morning and night.

    Friday - Saturday
    12 closed grip x 3 sets
    12 open bench x 3 sets
    8 rows x 3 sets
    15 curls x 3 sets

    Sunday
    Football for about 3-4 hours.
