Do you ever stop drinking coke for like 3-4 months and then drink it once?
Feels like I drank domestos and it goes through me like bulldozer.

I used to drink Mountain Dew alot. Whenever I would quit drinking it I'd get a bad headache for a day or two (caffeine withdrawals, I guess).

I really should stop drinking pop again.

I'm also one of those lucky lactose/gluten/starch intolerant people, so death of natural causes or death by doing something adrenaline junky related it is. ;)

My Aunt has a gluten free diet. She didn't always though. What causes that?

Neither did I, tbh...was at the end of elementary school where I began to notice my feet would start swelling badly after I'd eat specific foods/dishes - got checked by the family doc (celiac disease), been semi hating food life for not being able to enjoy certain goodies anymore.

Something about lectins not degrading properly, but don't know the exact cause of it.

Occasionally I'll have a Root Beer or Dr. Pepper, but I don't generally drink soda.

I also find it weird drinking soda internationally vs. drinking soda in the US, in addition switching from Diet Coke to Coke Zero and back feels weird. I try not to drink soda anymore for health reasons but occasionally I'll snap and fall off the wagon.
