How do you think you have the right to tell somebody. They aren't hip hop cause they like Drake? Wu-Tang was flattered @ his Wu Tang forever song. You gonna tell them niggas they ain't hip-hop? FOH bruh. You lil purist niggas need to be knocked down a peg or two.

Does Drake have at least one 'mic check' song? A song where he just straight rips the mic on some raw shit? I think every MC needs that in their arsenal... having attitude and thinking you're the best is a part of hip hop... no matter how much you new wavers try to dismiss it... all of the GREATS are battle MCs to heart... ie., Snoop, Nas, Biggie, Wu, Rakim, Kane, etc. I remember that song he had on the Sprite commercial where he said, "last name 'Ever,' first name 'Greatest'..." That was hot. What's the name of that song?

It was released in '94... and the majority of the songs were written from '91-'93. What kind of criticism is that?

If time decreases the value of all music, then that means that NOTHING can ever be classic... everything that you like NOW will be hot garbage 10 years from now... you have to accept that based on your pitiful logic.

Drake forever lost me when he said that he would never respond to a dis. That's not hip hop, no matter how you slice it. I was gonna be done with Nas if he didn't respond to Jigga.

twamp this is where opinion poses a factual...when trying to measure impact, there are no metrics other than sales and who they colab with....
