If you count the giant labels like Universal, Hollywood, and Def Jam, hell naw, not even remotely close.

As far as sub-labels go, though, it's probably top five of all time.

fifty sold 7.1 million, Diamond is 10X Plat

And Shady/Aftermath would have to sell a million times what they've sold so far to come close to competing with labels like Universal and Sony etc. ANd lets not forget Shady/Aftermath is under a major label (90% of all record artists are under major rap labels)

Shady/Aftermath/G-Unit is the biggest power house in music right now

Aftermath in the beggining consisted of Dre signing Eminem. Eminem's career set up Aftermath. Eminem dropped SSLP. Then Dre dropped 2001. Then Em dropped the MMLP

Then Shady/Aftermath was formed, where Em signed D-12. D-12 did 2 Million off of "Devils Night". Eminem released The Eminem Show under Shady/Aftermath.

Shady/Aftermath signed 50 Cent 50-50. Fifty sells a shit load.

50 forms G-Unit Records and so on and so on

I read that Em gets profits from the G-Unit releases. Is this so?

I ment as far as "sub labels" i know they aint sell more than Universal and what not....

Thriller Sold 26 million copies worldwide
MMLP sold 17 million and GRODT sold 11 million
so how thriller alone sold more than Interscope?

Anyway aftermath is easily the top selling hiphop label in history and I'M wondering if any "sub label" has ever sold more?

If your talking about rap labels, maybe, but prolly not still.

Beatles, and Elvis....they sold hundreds of millions. Alot of 80s rock acts shit on their sales. Britney Spears sold more than all of them lol.

As far as rap tho, they are selling the most.

But look at 98 or 99. Defjam. Jay-Z and DMX were both 5x platinum and Ja was about to come up.
If you look at Defjam alone, Jay-Z has sold over 20 million ALONE. Thats more than everyone on aftermath, with eminem excluded.
