    imo...the only athletes that could compare would be sprinters...

    some of them are probably 8% bf and possibly slightly lower

    Best time to burn FAT is to do cardio first thing in the morning or right after lifting weights.

    The whole point is to have your glycogen stores depleted and thus your body burns fat for energy instead of carbs.
