    ^Looks like we should switch then lol..This would be cool if I could actually get to the weight I wanted first and then stop and chill. Bulking up is whats so hard.

    haha. I take a 1/4 cup of edamame just to know I have one serving. I leave it in the cup and wrap it with some cling wrap.

    I bet that looks kinda weird..

    Edamame > peanuts. Much lower fat and plus they are like 14 grams of soy protein a serving w/ 140 cals. I'd suggest them.. They taste good too.
