I run on the spot/do squats in front of the mirror
Mostly chin-ups, push ups.

I use workout videos. Insanity was just finished. I have muscle all over from that program. Will redo it come September.
I workout at work. No equipment, just constant lifting.
i do work out on m y balcony all of the time.. and when i get lucky, my 68 year old pensionist neighbor sees me doing it..
